Quality supervisor

Job description:

1, responsible for all company internal and external quality information collection, sorting, tracking, and loss statistics (external: after-sales claims, discount, return loss, and produced by the external costs associated with the product quality; internal: process loss and the loss of unqualified products processing or purchase part.) Participate in quality analysis and quality improvement with quality manager, prepare corrective actions, and implement and verify;

2, responsible for the workshop process discipline (the actual operation is consistent with the process card, 5 s) the implementation of inspection, supervise and urge employees to comply with process discipline, in violation of the process of discipline should be timely correct;

3. Responsible for the factory inspection of finished products and prepare the factory inspection report;

4. Other matters assigned by superior leaders.
